A snack on the interval meal time is an important opportunity to supply additional energy. This is a great time to prevent yourself to not to be too hungry and overeating in the next meal time. But, nevertheless, you should use this opportunity wisely. Choose the right snack for you – low in calories but rich in nutrient and can suppress hunger. 


1. Yoghurt and Fruits
If you're looking to eat sweet foods, yoghurt can be the solution. Make sure the yoghurt you consume is plain. Well, you can mix it with your favorite fruits, like strawberries, blueberries, mangoes, pineapple, and more. Yoghurt is a good source of potassium, calcium and protein.

A mixture of yoghurt and fruits is good for your digestive system. This can be an option to subtitute the energy after you exercise. Aside from that, yogurt triggers the production of leptin hormones (the hormones that prevent you from hungry) due to its probiotic, protein, and calcium content. So, you will not feel hungry easily after consuming a mixture of yoghurt and fruit as a snack.

Granola can be a choice as a healthy snack and low calorie aside from a healthy and delicious breakfast menu. You can eat granola with yogurt, honey, and fruits to increase its nutrients. Well, nowadays many variants of granola provide practical packaging to be carried everywhere, such as granola bites and granola bars.

Granola is beneficial for digestion as every 100 in its diet contains 30% of the adequacy of fiber that the body needs. In addition, granola contains vitamin E, vitamin K, vitamin C, vitamin B complex, sodium, calcium, magnesium, and iron. So you can eat good snacks and of course it's a healthy snack.


3. Kale Chips
Well, if you're looking for snacks or chips but healthy and has low-calorie content, kale chips can be a solution. Kale contains almost all the nutrients that the body needs, such as vitamins A, C, D, E, B1, B2, B3, B6, B9, K, choline, iron, magnesium, and phosphorus.

For low calorie smoothies, you can use green vegetables, berries, and protein powders and you shouldn't use high-calorie ingredients such as butter, nuts, and coconuts.
