Brief Profile

Doctor Zaidul Akbar was born on November 30, 1977, he is known as a doctor, Islamic preacher, consultant, and practitioner of sunnah medicine in Indonesia. Besides introducing JSR, dr. Zaidul Akbar is also one of the founders and General Chair of the Indonesian Cupping Association (PBI). He did not stop there, he also became the central administrator of the Association of Indonesian Traditional Medicine.

Discussing the background, dr. Zaidul Akbar comes from the city of Jambi. He is a graduate of the Faculty of Medicine, Diponegoro University who entered in 1997 and graduated in 2003.

During his studies he opened a practice as a general practitioner in Balikpapan and Jakarta. After no longer working in the hospital, he studied Islamic medicine. This makes dr. Zaidul Akbar more often fills seminars and studies than treating patients directly.

“When you are eating, start thinking that this food can be a problem to your body or it can be beneficial for your body. If we already think like that, we will be careful in eating, "he said.

This healthy lifestyle aims to reduce the incidence of various diseases in the body. This disease is most often caused by an unhealthy diet and a bad lifestyle.

For example, dr. Zaidul Akbar often talks about being diligent in consuming herbal drinks. This is a drink that can be used to relieve various diseases or just to maintain immunity. These herbal drinks can be made at home, such as ginger tea, turmeric milk, and spice stew served while still hot.

"It's a routine to drink herbs or rhizome spices, for example, drinking ginger, turmeric tomorrow, lemongrass tomorrow, tomorrow other spices in small quantities," he explained.

According to Dr. Zaidul, instant noodles can still be eaten but not continuously. This means do not consume excessive instant noodles.
